The Core Studio offers several different options to suit your preferred training style:
One to one sessions or paired/duet sessions.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS

Sessions are designed to be a quality, customized workout with your instructor. We will create a unique program based on your individual strengths, needs and goals.

 

The one-on-one interaction between you and your instructor yields tremendous results, especially for the beginner client. Pilates equipment will be utilized to help improve core strength, flexibility and control. The Reformer, tower and TRX® equipment are amazing for private sessions.

£50 - per session (1 hour)

£240 Block of 5

£450 Block of 10

PAIRED SESSONS

£70 - per 1 hour session (£35 per person)

£300 Block of 5 (£150 per person)

A paired session is for two participants and one instructor. This is a cost effective way to get a personalised workout.

 

It’s also fun to workout with a friend, colleague or partner to help keep you motivated.

 

Sessions can be held on the Reformer, mat work, arcs/ half barrels, mini balls, TRX® and many other pieces of equipment.

EXERCISE PROGRAMS TO WORK AT HOME

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48-hours notice may be charged at 100%.
