
Meet Jane
A little about me — and how I got here.
I’m Jane — an international Strength & Pilates Coach with over 25 years’ experience helping people build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies.
I’ve coached in person across the UK, Dubai and Switzerland but work with clients all over the world. I work with everyone from complete beginners to athletes, combining Pilates, strength training, rehabilitation and nutrition into a simple, effective approach that gets results.
From Athlete to Coach — And Still Living It
As a former semi-professional triathlete, I’ve raced all over the world — from Budapest to China, the UAE to the Alps. That experience didn’t just shape my performance, it shaped how I coach.
Today, I still live an active life — running with my dogs, skiing, snowboarding, wake surfing, mountain biking and swimming — and I bring that real-world understanding into every programme I design.
I don’t just teach movement — I live it.
